Our principal designer, Jazmin Malaczewski, is of Mexican, Puerto Rican, and Irish descent, and is a Florida native! Her first home was the Florida Keys, where she fell in love with the vibrant world beneath the surface. The bond forged between her and the ocean, blossomed into a lifelong curiosity with ecological sciences and the eloquent dance between nature and the built environment. Her deep affinity for the sea - the very essence of her first Muse - inspires every element of Muse by Jazmin’s brand identity.

An alumna of the University of Florida, Jazmin has a Bachelor of Architectural Design and has been designing interior and exterior architecture for the past 5 years. With a professional background in architectural design, drafting, and project management, Jazmin brings a uniquely technical and intuitive approach to interiors. Her understanding of spatial flow, structural harmony, and the poetic balance between function and form sets her work apart from your average interior designer or decorator. Her vision captures every space as an ecosystem—alive, adaptive, and full of potential!

Her career began in Kauai, Hawaii where she started as a junior designer. Many of her interior designs are featured in the residences of Kukuiula, a custom luxury community nestled in the historic Koloa district on South shores of Kauai. She has since moved back to Florida and has been incorporated her design skills and expertise to a number of high-end residences in Miami and Miami Beach, including prestigious areas like Coral Gables, Hibiscus Island, Venetian Island, and many more! She continues to expand her design skills and redefine the authenticity of individuality in design.

Being of multiple diverse cultural backgrounds combined with her career beginnings, she has integrated the essence of heritage into her design style and aims to preserve the importance of sense of place, family, and history while adapting to the ever changing eclectic and modern motif.

Currently, Jazmin is pursuing her commercial interior licensure and is excited to continue expanding her vision and sharing soulful, nature-inspired design on a global scale!
